My Story

My fitness journey started in my mid 20s, with workouts that incorporated weight lifting ,strength training and cross fit. Through that I’ve been able to reach my fitness goals, the goal post keeps moving though and so it should to avoid complacency.
Balancing a career, business, family and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be daunting but I’ve been able to do a juggling act well my third decade on earth. The bucket-list has always included a menshealth cover, while inspiring others to live their best lives along the way ☺.
